How to register for BGIS 2023

Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) registrations has begun from 24th July 2023 to 2nd August 2023. Below are the detailed steps on how to register your team for BGIS. 

This event has the massive prizepool of 2,00,00,000 INR.

Here is the prize distributions: 

Before Registration :

Make sure you and your squad members meet the following criteria: they must be Indian nationals and have a level 25 or above Platinum tier account in Battlegrounds Mobile India.

Once you've ensured that the above criteria are met, you can proceed to register your team for BGIS. Here are the steps:

Registration Process:

1. Visit BGIS Registration link at esports.battlegroundsmobileindia.com You will see the button 'JOIN THE REVOLUTION,' click on it.

2. The 'SIGN IN/REGISTER' page will open. Enter your email in the given text box and
click on 'Verify.' You will receive an OTP; fill in the OTP and click on 'Verify.'

3. After filling and verifying your email and OTP, the 'YOUR DETAILS' page will appear. 

Here, fill in your 'First Name,' 'Last Name,' and 'Date of Birth' as written on your ID proof.

 Then provide your mobile number, BGMI ID, and In-Game Name. Select your gender and the type of ID proof you are providing (e.g., Aadhaar Card, Pan Card) along with the corresponding ID proof numberhere

Upload your Government ID proof in any acceptable format (e.g., jpg, pdf) and also upload your in-game profile picture. After that, click on 'Proceed.'

4. The 'Terms and Conditions' page will appear after proceeding. Thoroughly review all the terms and conditions. After accepting them, click on 'Complete Registration.'

Congratulations! You have successfully registered yourself for BGIS 2023.

Now comes the main part - registering your team:

1. After registering yourself, the dashboard will appear. Click on 'Your Team' from the options provided.

6. On the new page, you will see three options: 'Join a team,' 'Find a team,' and 'Create a team.'

 -- If your teammate has already created a team, ask them for the 'Code,' and click on 'Join a team.'

 -- If you don't have the team code, you can find your team by clicking on 'Find a team' and searching for the team's name or team leader's name who registered the team.

-- If you wish to create the team, head to 'Create a team,' write your team's name, and click on 'CREATE NEW TEAM.' Your team is now created, and the only thing remaining is to add your teammates. For that, tell your teammates to follow the registration steps. 

After they complete there registration, the will open Dashboard, they should click on 'Your Team' > 'Join a team' > Fill in the code and join. The second way is to find a team: simply write the team's name or leader's name who registered the team and send a request, which the team leader must accept.

Note: A total of 6 players can join (4 main players and 2 substitutes). Only the matches played by the 4 main players selected will be considered for the In-game qualifiers.

If you want to leave your team for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS), follow these steps: 

• 1. Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of your team page. 

• 2. Choose the "Leave Team" option from the menu. 

• 3. If you are the team leader, it is important to make another team member as the new leader before leaving.

Similarly, you can delete your team by following these steps: 

• 1. Click on the three dots located at the top right corner of your team page. 

• 2. Select the "Delete Team" option from the menu.

Please note that deleting a team is a significant action and cannot be undone, so ensure you genuinely want to proceed with the deletion.
